[ MANIFESTO ]HOW WE WORK · IN PLAIN ENGLISH

We don't writepretty decks. We ship workingsoftware.

> Four operating principles. They aren't aspirational. We turn down work that doesn't fit them.

ENFORCED · NOT NEGOTIABLE
01

Senior or nothing.

Every engineer on your project has shipped a real product. No 'platform team' to babysit. No juniors learning on your timeline.

02

Demo every two weeks.

You see working software, not slides. If we cannot demo it, we have not built it. Your investors should be able to read our changelog.

03

Audited from day one.

Slither and Foundry invariants run on every commit. Pre-audit hardening built into the cadence — not bolted on at week 12.

04

Fixed scope. Fixed price.

We shape the engagement before we sign anything. You get a timeline you can plan around — and a number you can put in front of a board.

[ 03 ]PROCESS · ENGAGEMENT

A four-stepengagement —designed to ship.

> No 12-week discovery deck. No "platform team". Senior engineers shipping demoable progress on a tight, two-week cadence.

  1. 01

    01

    Discover

One-week paid sprint. We map the problem, talk to your users, and write the spec the team will actually build against.

  2. 02

    02

    Architect

Tech choices, threat model, infra cost envelope, and a build plan with weekly demoable milestones.

  3. 03

    03

    Build

A small senior squad — staff engineer, designer, ML or chain specialist as needed — shipping on a 2-week cadence.

[ 06 ]FAQ · COMMON_QUESTIONS

The questionsfounders actually ask.

> No PR fluff. Direct answers to the questions we get on every first call.

  • > Most engagements kick off within two weeks of the first call. We always run a paid one-week discovery sprint before any larger commitment so neither side is guessing.

  • > Three to five senior people: a staff engineer, a designer, and one or two specialists (smart-contract engineer, ML engineer, or platform engineer) depending on the work. No accounts manager between you and the team.

  • > Yes — we have done it many times. The constraint is scope, not capability. We will tell you within the discovery sprint whether eight weeks is realistic and exactly what we would cut to fit it.

  • > Internal review is part of every engagement. For external audits, we work with Spearbit, Trail of Bits and Cantina, and we hand auditors a codebase that has already passed our internal hardening checklist.

  • > Occasionally, in addition to a reduced cash rate, for early-stage teams we believe in. The default model is fixed-scope cash on a 4-week or 8-week milestone schedule.

  • > Headquarters in Amsterdam, engineering office in Prishtina, Kosovo. The whole team is on CET ±2h. We meet clients in Amsterdam and run the build out of Prishtina.
