We build the team.
Then we build the product.

We assemble dedicated teams — engineers, designers and customer-experience specialists — and put them to work on your software, mobile apps, commerce platforms and support floor.

Services

Nine practices. One standard.

Every practice is staffed from the same bench, held to the same hiring bar and run by a named delivery lead. Start with one; most clients add a second within a year.

Team building

The team is the deliverable.

We do not sell hours from a resource pool. We design a team against your roadmap, you interview every person, and the same faces stay from kickoff to handover.

Signature to a live squad, in twenty-one days

  1. 01

    Days 1–3

    Team design

We model the team against your roadmap before we name anyone: which roles, what seniority mix, in what order, and where the single points of failure are.

  2. 02

    Days 4–12

    Sourcing & vetting

Candidates come from our standing bench first, then from an active pipeline in each discipline. Everyone passes the same technical gate our own engineers passed.

  3. 03

    Days 12–16

    Your interview

You meet every person before they join your team, and you have the final say. We have never insisted on a placement a client was unsure about.

  4. 04

    Days 17–21

    Embedding

Access, environment and security onboarding finish before day one. First production commit inside five working days, paired with a senior for the first sprint.

  5. 05

    Ongoing

    Running the team

A delivery lead owns the cadence and reports weekly. Growth plans, guild reviews and bench cover keep the team stable rather than merely busy.

  6. 06

    Month 12+

    Transfer & hire-to-own

We plan the exit at kickoff. Documentation, shadowing and a formal transfer window mean the team you rely on can become the team you employ.

Four ways to staff it

Every model comes with a named delivery lead, weekly written reporting and a replacement guarantee in the first two weeks.

    12–24 months

Seventy-four specialists, eight disciplines

We keep senior people on the bench between engagements, paid. It is expensive, and it is the only reason a shortlist can exist in seventy-two hours.

  • Software Engineering16

The core of every product team. Strict-mode TypeScript, infrastructure as code, on-call literacy.

  • Mobile7

Cross-platform by default, native where the product depends on platform depth.

  • Customer Experience24

Our own floor in Prishtina — employed, trained and coached in-house across six languages.

  • Design6

Design that ships as tokens and components, mapped to the code your engineers write.

  • Applied AI5

Eval-first delivery. Every model change is scored before it reaches a customer.

  • Blockchain5

Audit-first Solidity, account abstraction and on-chain data infrastructure.

  • Quality & Security5

Embedded in delivery, not bolted on at the end of it.

  • Delivery & Product6

One accountable owner per engagement. Weekly written reporting, no exceptions.

  • Named people, not resources

The person you interview is the person who ships. We do not rotate staff to balance our utilisation, and we do not present CVs we cannot actually deliver.

  • We pay for people to get better

Certification, conference and learning budget carried by us. Every specialist has a growth plan reviewed quarterly, and guild time protected in the calendar.

  • One hiring bar, everywhere

Client teams are staffed from the same pool and to the same standard as our internal work. There is no B-team, and there are no juniors learning on your timeline.

  • Retention is our KPI, not yours

94% of specialists are still on the same account twelve months in. Continuity is the cheapest quality mechanism there is, so we protect it contractually.

Half the people we place end up on the client's payroll. That is not a leak in the model — it is the model.

How we work

Four principles we hold contractually.

They apply to every practice — software, mobile, commerce and the support floor. They are not aspirational; we turn down work that does not fit them.

  • 01

    The team is the deliverable.

You interview every person before they join, and the same faces stay to the end. There is no resource pool behind the curtain and no rotation to balance our utilisation.

  • 02

    Senior on the keyboard.

Everyone who touches your product has shipped one before. One hiring bar across all nine practices. No juniors learning on your timeline, and no B-team for client work.

  • 03

    Demo every two weeks.

You see working software and live service-level numbers, not slides. If we cannot demo it, we have not built it — and the delivery report says so in writing every Friday.

  • 04

    Plan the handover at kickoff.

Documentation, shadowing and a transfer window are scoped on day one. After twelve months, any specialist on your team can move to your payroll at no fee.

Selected work

Real products. Real operations.

A sample from the last twenty-four months across commerce, mobile, customer experience and platform work. Some clients prefer not to be named publicly; those are available on request.

Process

Six steps, and a handover from day one.

Every engagement runs the same way, whether it is a mobile app, a commerce replatform or a support floor. Predictability is the product.

  1. 01

    Discover

A paid, time-boxed sprint. We map the problem, talk to your users, and write the specification the team will actually build against — including what we are deliberately not doing.

  2. 02

    Assemble

We design the team before we design the system: which roles, what seniority, in what order. You interview everyone. A named squad is live within twenty-one days.

  3. 03

    Architect

Technology choices, threat model, integration map and an infrastructure cost envelope — with a build plan broken into demoable milestones you can plan a board meeting around.

  4. 04

    Build

Two-week cadence, demo every sprint, written delivery report every Friday. Quality gates run in the pipeline so 'done' means shipped rather than merged.

  5. 05

    Launch & operate

Release management, monitoring and an on-call rota. We stay on as your engineering and customer-operations function for as long as it is the right answer.

  6. 06

    Transfer

Documentation, shadowing and a formal handover window. After twelve months, any specialist on your team can convert to your payroll at no fee.

Engagement

Three ways to work with us.

No time-and-materials open cheques and no minimum-term traps. Pick the model that matches your certainty, and change it when that changes.

MVPs, replatforms, defined builds

Fixed-scope project

A shaped brief, a fixed price and a date. Best when the outcome is clear and you need a number to put in front of a board.

  • Written specification before a contract is signed
  • Milestone-based invoicing, no time-and-materials surprises
  • Change requests priced individually, never assumed
Ongoing product ownership

Dedicated team

A named squad working only on your product, billed monthly. Best when the roadmap is longer than the brief.

  • You interview and approve every person
  • Stable team, delivery lead included, no rotation
  • Hire-to-own conversion available after twelve months
Support, CX and platform ops

Managed operations

We run a function for you against agreed service levels — customer experience, platform operations or both.

  • Contractual SLAs with reporting against every metric
  • Workforce planning, quality programme and tooling included
  • Surge capacity agreed ahead of your peak season
  • Written scope before signature
  • Two-week replacement window
  • Weekly written reporting
  • You own the code and the data

Industries

Sectors we know well enough to disagree with you.

We work in domains where we have shipped before, because domain knowledge is what makes a three-week ramp possible. If yours is not here, say so — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right firm.

FAQ

The questions every first call starts with.

Direct answers, including the commercial ones most agencies make you ask twice.

  • We build dedicated teams and use them to deliver work across nine practices: custom software, mobile applications, e-commerce, call centre and customer experience, applied AI, blockchain, product design, and security and QA. Most clients start with one practice and add a second within a year.

  • Twenty-one days from signature to a named squad writing production code, for any discipline we already staff. That covers team design, sourcing, your interviews and onboarding. If you need something genuinely unusual we will tell you it is six weeks, and why.

  • Yes. You interview every person before they join your team and you have the final say. If someone is not the right fit in the first two weeks, we replace them at no cost.

  • That is the model. After twelve months on your engagement, any specialist can convert to your payroll with no transfer fee. Roughly half of the people we place end up employed by the client — we design for it rather than defend against it.

  • Three models: fixed-scope projects with a written specification and milestone invoicing; dedicated teams billed monthly per named specialist; and managed operations billed against agreed service levels. No time-and-materials surprises in any of them.

  • Den Haag for strategy, partnerships and commercial. Prishtina for engineering, design and the customer-experience floor. Everyone is on CET with a guaranteed four-hour overlap with US Eastern, and our CX teams run a follow-the-sun rota for 24/7 coverage.

  • Yes, and combining them is where the compounding happens. When the team that runs your support floor talks weekly to the team that ships your product, contact volume goes down instead of up.

  • You do, from the first commit. Work happens in your repositories under your organisation, or in ours with mirrored access and transfer at any milestone you choose. Customer data stays in EU-hosted systems under a signed DPA.
