Blocify B.V. ("Blocify", "we", "us") operates blocify.io. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).
What we collect
- Contact form submissions (name, email, company, project description).
- Basic, anonymised analytics — page views, referrer, country.
- Server logs containing IP address, user agent and timestamp.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest).
- To improve the site and our services (legal basis: legitimate interest).
- To meet our legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).
How long we keep it
Contact form data is kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months thereafter. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised after 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to besarta@blocify.io.
