Blocify LLC ("Blocify", "we", "us") operates blocify.io. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies to us because we offer services to people in the EU and EEA.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions (name, email, company, project description).
• Google Analytics measurements — page views, referrer and approximate country — but only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Server logs containing IP address, user agent and timestamp.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest).
• To improve the site and our services. Analytics runs on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time on the cookie policy page.
• To meet our legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).

How long we keep it

Contact form data is kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months thereafter. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised after 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to besarta@blocify.io.
