Product Designer
Design · Full-time · Den Haag · Hybrid
Own the product surface end-to-end across two or three engagements. Systems thinker, Figma fluency, can prototype in code.
What you’ll do
- Own a defined slice of a client engagement end to end
- Work in one small, named team rather than across a queue of accounts
- Contribute to the discipline guild — reviews, standards, internal tooling
- Mentor newer teammates and help run the interview loop for your discipline
What we’re looking for
- A track record of shipping in your discipline, not just of being present for it
- Comfortable owning ambiguity and writing the brief yourself
- Strong written communication — most decisions happen in writing here
- EU work authorisation, or eligibility for one

Practical assessment
A real task from a real codebase or account, time-boxed and paid. No algorithm puzzles, no take-home marathons.

Discipline interview
With the practice lead you would work under. Deep on craft, and your chance to interview them back.
- 04
Offer
Within five working days of the last conversation, with the salary band and growth plan written down.
