Product Designer

Own the product surface end-to-end across 2–3 client engagements. Figma fluency, systems thinker, can prototype in code.

What you'll do

• Own a slice of a client engagement end-to-end
• Pair with senior engineers and a designer on a small squad
• Write the spec, ship the code, hold the on-call
• Mentor more junior teammates and contribute to internal practices

What we're looking for

• 5+ years building and shipping production software
• Comfortable owning ambiguity and writing the brief yourself
• Strong written communication — async-first studio
• EU work authorisation, or eligibility for one
